Alfons Schuhbeck, together with the Latvian company Pure Chocolate has created two chocolate praline sweets collections, each with five different tastes. The sweets are made of natural flavourings and high-quality Belgian dark and milk chocolate. The collection includes such interesting flavourings as chilli-mango, Tonka beans, raspberry-ginger and cherry-pepper, combining these with the milk or dark chocolate. This is a new taste challenge for gourmands and flavouring-lovers.
“This is a unique cooperation project in the result of what sweets with exquisite taste were created. We are proud that we have such opportunity to work with one of the greatest chefs and expert in flavourings. We hope offer these sweets soon also to Latvian gourmands” so Peteris Zimants, Chairman of the Management Board of Pure Chocolate tells about the joint project.
Also Alfons Schuhbeck is satisfied with the accomplishment: “Flavourings is my passion and it cannot lack in any of my foods. So the idea emerged to combine specially selected mixtures of flavourings with the highest class chocolate”.
For now, the exclusive praline sweets selections can be bought in Germany, but Pure Chocolate plans to offer them also for other export countries and soon they will be available also in Latvia.
